The Casper-Natrona County Health Department (CNCHD) gives this notice that it will accept proposals for sealed IT Managed Services and IT Infrastructure Consultations for new building services.

To submit a proposal: (1) obtain an RFP packet online at the Casper Public Health website, to be posted the week of July 1st, 2024. (2) prepare a proposal following RFP Instructions, and (3) submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled PROPOSAL FOR IT MANAGED SERVICES and IT INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTATION FOR NEW BUILDING SERVICES to the above address by the deadline.
Promptly after the deadline, the CNCHD Executive Director or CNCHD-appointed designee will publicly open, read aloud all submission names, and record all correctly submitted proposals on July 15, 2024, at 3 pm.
CNCHD will not open a proposal received after the deadline or not in a sealed opaque envelope adequately labeled. CNCHD retains its right to reject a proposal(s) in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal it determines is in the best interest of CNCHD.
