The Casper-Natrona County Health Department (CNCHD) gives this notice that it will accept proposals for sealed VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOR NEW BUILDING SERVICES.

To submit a proposal: (1) obtain an RFP packet online at the Casper Public Health website, to be posted the week of July 1st, 2024(2) prepare a proposal following RFP Instructions; and (3) submit a proposal in a sealed opaque envelope labeled PROPOSAL FOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOR NEW BUILDING SERVICES to the above-address by the deadline.
Promptly after the deadline, the CNCHD Executive Director or Department-appointed Designee will publicly open, read aloud all submission names, and record all correctly submitted proposals on July 15, 2024, at 3 pm.
CNCHD will not open a proposal received after the deadline or not in a sealed opaque envelope adequately labeled. CNCHD retains its right to reject a proposal(s) in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal it determines is in the best interest of CNCHD.
